To access the National Construction Code (NCC), you do not need to log in or register for an ABCB account. 

Creating a profile with ABCB is free and allows you to access new NCC Online features when logged in to your account. 

It also allows you to submit technical enquiries to our team if you need clarification on NCC matters.

Creating an account does not sign you up to our mailing list. If you would like to receive our newsletters and announcements, please subscribe here.

As a division within the Australian Government, the ABCB must adhere to the requirement of the Australian Signals Directorate password policy which states that passwords must be "a minimum of 14 characters with complexity". Please bear this in mind when updating your password.

If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you will receive an email with a one-time security code that will need to be provided to complete the log-in process.
